Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products. If you received a defective item or would like a different size or variant, contact us within the exchange window and we will arrange a replacement subject to availability charge will be applicable subject to terms.

How to initiate a return or exchange

To start a return or exchange request, please contact our support team with the following information:

• The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Photos of the item (Must required for defective claims)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back and process your refund or replacement.

Shipping costs for returns

Return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be communicated at the time your return request is approved. For defective or incorrectly sent items, Milbati PLC covers the return shipping cost.

This policy applies to all orders shipped within Dhaka city . Customers outside Dhaka city should contact us directly for applicable return terms.
