Our Return Policy:
Quality Concerns: If you receive your meal and it is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
Food Preferences: Since we prepare each meal with care, we do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences. However, if there was an error in your order (such as incorrect ingredients), we will rectify it promptly.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for refund.
Special Requests: If you have any special dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note that special requests may not be eligible for return or refund if they are made after delivery.
