At Milbati-মিলবাটি, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that you receive quality meals. In case you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly.

Refund Policy:

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Orders:

    • If your meal arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the description provided, please notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order. Provide clear images of the issue.
    • Once verified, we will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement meal depending on the situation.
  2. Order Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel your order, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. If the cancellation request is made within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Refund Processing:

    • Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Please note that bank processing times may vary.
  4. Quality Concerns:

    • If you are not satisfied with the food’s quality or taste, we encourage you to share your feedback with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences, as our meals are made with care and love.
  5. Special Dietary Requests:

    • We try our best to accommodate dietary requests, but if there is an error in fulfilling these preferences, a refund will be processed if the issue is reported promptly.
